The Supermarket Guy

 Well, the Mr. Beast Feastable Bars have hit New Brunswick. Some bars assortment I have seen, is dark, milk chocolate, peanut butter, and crispy. I have not tried the crispy yet. But, Mr. Beast, the Youtube Phenom, has, indeed, brought a commanding chocolate bar to the market. It is a competing bar to the already existing brands out there. Now, I tried, the Jersey Milk ( Neilson) which is my preferred Milk Chocolate Bar, since I was a kid. I personally found ( this is my taste buds and yours may tell a different story), that the Jersey Milk was better than the Beast Bar Feastables Chocolate bar ( both bars nearly have the same ingredients, so if you read the back wrapper). But, Jersey Milk has perfected it, for a long, long time. But, The Feastable Beast Milk Chololate bar is close in flavor to it. But, once again, that is only my taste buds talking to myself. Yours may say something different. Jersey Milk is hard to beat, because, they got a tried tested formula. But, from one takeawa

 Barbue Sale (Brill fish). Potatoes, Salted fish, carrots / turnips, and thick bacon. Then, you can have chow chow or pickles with it on the side.  You can soak the fish for several hours, boil it, then drain, retop up with water, to get most of the salt out of the fish. But, some people, like it more salty and others, not as much so you have to get it to where you want it...  A picture of a 2nd plate down below... Of course Cod is often used, but, Cod is easy to dissolve over time so you cannot boil it too long. But, soak it maybe longer to get the salt out of it... Salted herring is well loved also... But many bones in the herring, but, I prefer herring fried with a coating of flour on both sides in butter...

 The snow came down, today, in Belle Baie, NB, Canada. Here is a picture of the snow falling down, near the wilderness in Belle Baie! It was close to plus 1 Celsius today...
